Keep all your gear together and get in the habit of doing a "gear check" before leaving for the field! Don't forget your MOUTHGUARD!

Chest Pad (NOASCE-certified) – with or without optional shoulder pads
Elbow/Arm pads

Cleats or Turf Shoes
